2) Free labor does not mean free exploitation. I will not be in your office before 9, nor linger past 6. Ensure decent meals, accomodations, and clear reasonable tasks.
3) My energy and focus are sacred. Hapless errands without fair compensation will not be tolerated. I will give my energy for Creation, not for those who would drain it.
4) Deliver feedback and instructions to me without deception or secret alterations. Any obstruction of attempts at social levity or crucial private inquiries will compromise trust greatly.

General Affairs Staff of Directorate General of Railways

5 months internship experience as General Affair staff at Directorate Genearl of Railways in Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. As a member of the secretariat surrounding the Director, my daily tasks involves handling meeting sessions, design infographics and presentations, and taking meeting minutes. I also received a personal task to create a better document management system. Example projects are in Indonesian.
